Fees and Insurance

Fees are set at standard rates and payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and credit and debit cards.

We ask for your credit / debit card information at time of booking in case we need to charge you for any amount your insurance doesn’t cover. You must contact your insurance company directly if you have questions or disagree with the bill. Our office simply takes the information provided by your insurance company and cannot speak to your plan benefits.

Our clinic is an in-network provider of the following insurance companies. We accept patients with auto accident insurance and accept out of network patients as well.
